We pulled this toilet and there was nothing to mount the toilet to.  The toilet was just screwed to the wood floor.  Due to moisture the screws loosened.  

Transforming this toilet drain to how it should have been done.  This is what it looked like before we got to work.  There was nothing to mount the toilet to.  

We got the new flange soldered in place .

The wire if you will on the left is out of a 5 year old water heater.  This house has soft water.  Its time to change this one out!  The one on the right is a new one.  

If the water line coming out of the water heater lookd like this you need to get it fixed.

Just completed this install.

This is the inside of of a pressure reducing valve just before the water meter.  The shut off at the floor broke and is stuck on the inside.  This caused some issues

This house has 4 body sprays.  You'll definatley get rinsed in this shower

We decided to cut open a water heater that was dealing us some fits.  The  hot water lines kept plugging up.  

We are going to tear this out and update.
